We serve the female athlete exclusively, ages youth through early adulthood. We do this by providing relevant health and wellness information, functional strength and conditioning programs, and in-person or on-line coaching services. Our purpose is to train female athletes and help them get started on the right strength training programs earlier in their sports careers for injury prevention, sports performance enhancement and improved self-esteem. It is our belief that female athletes need to train different from boys/men. We encourage parental involvement every step of the way as we try to help female athletes reach new heights in their chosen sport.

Our expert staff is continually in education mode and we stay up-to-date on issues facing female athletes.
