Learn the proper form on the squat from our friends at the American Council on Exercise (ACE). The squat is an exercise that is in just about all of our exercise programs. Great for strengthening the glutes, quads, hamstrings, adductors/abductors, hip and core.


Know how to perform the lunge properly?  Let our friends at ACE teach you how.  The lunge is used in many of our exercise programs for the female athlete. Great for strengthening all the muscles in the legs, hips and core.  Balance demands are great with the lunge.
